- The Re-Framing: The interceptor provides a pre-programmed, media-manufactured narrative (smears, warnings, or moralised framing) to neutralise the impact of the previous human contact.
- The Goal: To ensure the target returns to the sanctioned "Architecture of Attrition" and remains within the bounds of the local social immune system.
